We've combined the strength and lengthening elements from a Pilates class (using light weights) with the mindful and alignment focused components of a vinyasa class. You will leave this class feeling stretched, toned & energized!

Created by our Founder Eli Kaylin, this fun & energetic pilates inspired class features low impact, high intensity strength training exercises using a variety of weights and resistance bands to bring you the ultimate total body burn. With careful attention to form and technique, this class is designed to meticulously sculpt and tone the entire body with deep muscular burn and minimal impact on the joints.

Hot Ballet Sculpt is a ballet-inspired workout class to lengthen and strengthen the body. Basic ballet positions will be incorporated with fun workout steps to sculpt your arms, legs, and booty. Work towards your elegant “ballerina body” while breaking a sweat! No ballet experience is necessary- just a willingness to try something new in your fitness routine!

YIN & SOUND

Get ready to experience a true sanctuary for deep relaxation through vibrational medicine and yoga.
Yin is a style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues, ligaments, bones, joints and deep fascia. Unlike other traditional types of yoga, this practice is focused on releasing energy blocks by accessing the meridians through long deep holds; with each pose moving into a deeper sense of connection with yourself and releasing muscle tension with every breath.
